Seguro Directo is awarded as Escolha de Excellentia 2023
Escolha de Excellentia Award evaluates and rewards the best that exists on the market, in terms of customer-oriented management. Distinguishing brands, which occupy the first sectorial places in the National Index of Performance and Customer Centricity Management, a ranking on management practices centered on the customer.
Hugo Julião, Channel and Digital Marketing at Grupo Ageas Portugal highlights that, for Seguro Directo, customer satisfaction with the service provided is fundamental and adds “It is for them that we develop our products and solutions and it is based on this premise that we work, on a daily basis, in order to be able to keep up with all trends and Consumer behavior.”.
